Waves of the Damned 

This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

153 c/p size this down by 66%
65 c/p size this down 40% pull to the lower left of the frame
161 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the bottom right of the frame
Take the mermaid tube c/p her size her down by 30% pull to the bottom of the frame
49 c/p size this down by 26% pull to float above the flowers on left side of your tag
87 c/p mirror size this down by 51% pull to sit on the bottom of your tube
75 c/p size this down by 33% pull to the left of the grass
185 c/p size this down by 20% pull to the middle of frame on the right side of the tag
193 c/p size this down by 20% pull to float above the turtle
187 c/p mirror size this down by 20% pull to float on the right side of black sandcastle
216 c/p size this down by 20% pull to the far right side of your tag
20 c/p size this down by 25% pull to float over the chest
62 c/p mirror 90° to the left, then size this down by 25% pull to lay beside the treasure chest
142 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit under the fish on left side of your tag
208 c/p size this down by 29% pull to the upper right top of the tube
12 c/p size this down by 21% pull to stand on the sand castle
54 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit by the bucket
114 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit in front of the bucket
37 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit on left of closed chest
158 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on left edge of the treasure chest
143 c/p size this down by 10% pull to the right of the flowers
179 c/p size this down by 20% pull so it looks like the dolphin is jumping over the arms on top of the tube

Click on the bottom layer of your tag 

Flood fill with Paper 6 apply the mask from above, merge this into one layer, 

Click back on top most layer of your tag add a new layer for the credit for tube artist and kit maker, then add a name and you’re done….

Frame 6 c/p size this down by 55% leave as it falls on the tag

183 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the left edge of your frame

69 c/p size this down by 51% pull to very top of the big wave, pull so they are showing up on the right edge of the frame

123 c/p size this down by 31% pull to look like he is in the wave 

47 c/p size this down by 37% pull to the right edge of the wave

58 c/p size this down by 36% pull to stand in front of the anchor 

Take the full size tube and paste her in the tag, then size her down by 25% pull to stand in the middle of the tag

15 c/p size this down by 27% pull to cover up the bottom of the tube we are using

133 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on left of the shell w/pearl 

57 c/p size this down by 50% pull to the bottom of the tube

82 c/p size this down by 25% pull to cover the bottom of the tree 

9 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the bottom left of the tag

124 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on right of shell on left edge of the tag

143 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on the sand of the shell with pearls on left of the tag

128 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit in front of the other blue shells on left side of the tag

86 c/p size this down by 12% pull to the middle of your tag

82 c/p size this down by 12% pull to the far left edge of the tag

51 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in the middle of the tag (move the elements to how you like)

Click on the bottom layer of your tag flood fill this layer with paper 3, then apply Rachels Mask from above (or one of your liking) 

Merge into one layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, make sure you have a valid lice to use this person’s artwork…
