Open a 725x725 size tag

Frame 7 c/p size this down by 75%
90 c/p size this down by 50% pull to the upper left top of the frame
Take the tube we are using I'm using the orange sweater and brown pants c/p size her down by 40% pull so she is standing on the bottom right frame
38 c/p size this down by 80% pull to cover up the bottom of the tube
Click on the layer the tube is on, open E16 c/p size this down by 62% pull to the very left most of the autumn banner
3 c/p size this down by 40% pull to just the left edge of the banner is over the straw
Click on the top most layer of the tag
32 c/p size this down by32% pull to sit in front of the stack of straw
4 c/p size this down by 32% pull to sit on left side of the mouse in pumpkin
22 c/p size this down by 50% pull to the right edge of the banner, above the button on the right edge
89 c/p size this down by 30% pull to cover up the button on right edge of the banner
41 c/p size this down by 41% pull to sit on right edge of the mouse in the pumpkin
99 c/p size this down by 43% pull to sit in the middle of the banner
34 c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit in front of the leaves, but by the flower
45 c/p size this down by 24% pull to land on the straw
97 c/p size this down by 25% pull this one to land on the A on the banner

Click on bottom layer of the tag flood fill with paper 8 apply mask of your choice since I cant find a link to the one I used… 

Add a new layer for your copyrights and credit info, then add a saying and you’re done…

Click on bottom layer of your tag 

Flood fill with Background 5 apply the mask from above, merge this into one layer.

Click on top layer of your tag add a new layer for the copyrights for the tube *Make sure you have a valid license to use this tube) add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
