I'm using the scrap kit of Coyoties Design

Open a 600x600 transparent tag

I'm going to shorten the cds_burlesque off this as no element repeats and papers do not either

Open PP22 flood fill the back layer
I'm using VIXmask 327 from here VIX PSP, merge the group, and you will need re-size it by 110% to make it come just outside of the frame

Open sparkle2 copy paste it as a new layer, pull it to the right hand side, then copy paste it again, and mirror it, and pull it to the left hand side of the tag

Open frame2 copy paste it as a new layer, rotate clockwise to the right by 90

Open your tube and copy and paste it behind the frame re-size it by 75% move it to the right hand side of the frame where the face is prominent in the frame, you will need to clean it up how ever you do that.. I use a different method I just use the eraser and clean up the tube where it is not showing some use float and de-float, but i have no idea how to do that.. 

Now take the full size tube and paste it over the frame, and re-size it by 80% pull it to the left hand side of the frame

Open the red-tan folowerdoodle, and copy paste it mirror it, then pull it to the far right hand side of the frame re-size by 85%


Open the fan element and copy paste it re-size it by 30% and pull it down to the bottom right hand side of the tag


Open devilcupcake and copy paste it re-size by 35% pull it to the right hand side of the tag.
Ok, the tag is done..
Add your copyright layer,
I'm using the font called Andes
or font of your choice

I'm using a black color as the forground and pp9 as the background
I'm using EyeCandy 4000 graident glow white, with a default drop shadow of 5/5
