should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 size tag (size down at the end)
E94 c/p re-size by 61%
Take the full sized tube c/p mirror re-size her down
by 30% pull her to the middle bottom of the frame…
E48 c/p rotate it by 45° to the right re-size by 44% pull to cover
up the tubes legs…
E71 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the bottom right of
E48…
E11 c/p re-size by 27% pull to the lower right hand
edge of your tag…
E15 c/p re-move the circle holder re-size by 27% pull
to sit on top of luggage
E26 c/p re-size by 22% pull to the lower left of your
tag…
E39 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the back of the blue
vase clean off the steam, c/p mirror re-size the 2nd by 77% pull to
the upper front of vase…
E29 c/p pull between the green leaves re-size by 45%
pull to the just behind the front green leaf…(merge the flowers and vase into
one group)
E38 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the middle of the white
rose…
E85 c/p re-size by 28% pull to cover up all of the
steams of the flowers in the blue vase…
E16 c/p re-size by 29% pull to sit in front of vase…
E8 c/p re-size by 17% pull to sit on left of blue
luggage…
E44 c/p re-size by 16% pull to sit on left side of
mask…
Go to bottom layer re-size your canvas to 700x700,
then flood fill with paper1 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer…
Go to the top most layer of yoru tag add a new raster
layer for your copyrights for tube, and credit to kit maker if she requires it…
Add a saying to the tag save and your done…
