Shift+D to duplicate the temp, close the original

Up the canvas size by 725x725

Delete the copyright layer

Delete the white on the background layer,

Delete raster 5

Click on top most raster

Leprechaun! Word art using papers5&7; flood fill alternating letters one gold one green, negative image the white of the word art, and then merge them all into on layer

E1 c/p re-size by 37% pull to sit on top of the “aun” of the word art

E102 c/p re-size by 76% pull to sit on top of the middle green frame…

E62 c/p re-size by 57% pull to the right edge of the frame…

Take a sized down version of your tube paste her ( I normally make mine 600pixles high) pull her to the far left size down by 85%...

E5 c/p re-size by 21% pull the element up to her fingers to make it look like she is holding the fairy…

E18 c/p re-size by 61% pull to sit on the small green circle…
