This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

I am using the turquoise layer with the trident and wave of water

Open a 750x750

Open page 42 size it down to fit inside of the canvas which is 750x750, then flood fill that layer, apply mask from above, we will build from here 

33 c/p then size it down by 56%

150 c/p size this down by 26% pull to the far right of the cave

38 c/p size this down by 22 % pull to the left edge of the cave

59 c/p mirror size this down by 36% pull to the middle of the tag

 Take the tube c/p size this down by 27% then pull ti sit in front of seaweed 

1 c/p mirror size this down by 14 % pull to the upper left of the cave entrance

15 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit in front of the mermaid

7 c/p size this down by 14% pull to float about the tube

56 c/p mirror size this down by 16% pull to sit by cat

112 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of her knee

43 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit by the scuba diver

109 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit in front of the sand dollars

4 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on the right side of the cat

12 c/p size this down by 10% pull so it is sitting on top of the sea shell 

60 c/p size this down by 10% pull to the middle left of the tag (in front of the dragon)

175 c/p mirror size this down by 10% pull to float under the fish in the upper right 

117 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit by seashell 

69 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on left of the seal

79 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit by the seashells on left edge of the tag

91 c/p size this down by 11% pull to float about the scuba diver

I am using a Corel Bubble Brush, (but you can use any that you have)

I made one on the left side of the tag, then I added this drop shadow

Vertical 4

Horizontal 1

Opacity 65%

Blur 5

Color black

Make a new raster layer for your credits, add  a name to the tag and you’re done…
