Open a 610x610 size tag

Frame2 c/p re-size by 75% leave in the middle of the tag

Take web c/p and use the below Gradient Glow settings 

then pull it behind the frame, some of the web will show outside the frame that is ok…

Take your tube and paste it as a new layer

I have to clean some of her legs off to make it look like she is stepping out of the frame; the re-size and cleaning will depend on the tube you are using

Sparkles c/p pull to the middle of your tube where its show on right, Mirror a second copy and pull it to the left hand side also

Coffin c/p re-size by 65% mirror the image and pull it to the right hand side it will cover the bottom of the tube and frame…

Rose c/p re-size by 40% mirror and pull it to be flush with the end of coffin…

Magic Books c/p re-size by 35% pull to the left hand side of tag towards the bottom on rose…

Dagger and Rose c/p re-size by 20% pull it to the upper left hand side of frame…

Lipstick C/p re-size once by 20% then re-size again by 70% pull to the top of the second book on the stack…

Spooky Tree, c/p re-size by 55% pull to the right hand side of coffin on the edge…
