I am using the Font aka Frivolity you can find it at any free font place

Or a font of your choice there are many swirly fonts that would go with the tag…

I up-sized it by using the Canvas Size functions in PSP9

I un-clicked the Lock Aspect ratio

Put it on Pixels

Width 610

Height 610

I did this so I’d have more room to put

When using a big tube from PFD, I always merge my tube’s into one layer, then I use close up’s I make myself which you can do also

CenterSquare c/p e18 leave as it is pasted, or pull up just a little more towards the top

Ee1 c/p pull to the very bottom edge of the frame, then paste again and mirror and pull to the other edge of the tag…

Ele15 c/p re-size 40% pull to the far right hand side of the tag…

Ele16 c/p re-size by 30% pull it to the left edge of the mushroom looking element…

Ele23 c/p mirror re-size by 50% pull to the far left hand of grass element, I’m also going to copy the re-sized version and pasting one more time and pulling it to the right hand side of tag in front but below the mushroom

Go to the upper top layer and paste ele28 c/p re-size by 45%

Take element 30 c/p re-size by 30% I’m going to copy it and paste it a few times mirroring some of them, I also flipped two of them to make it look like they are crawling down the tag…
