Witch Shine
This tutorial is written in Corel X5 but any version
should work, it’s written in hopes you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop
Pro or other graphics program… This is not meant to copy or look likes your
work, if it does its purely coincidental and unintentional…

Open a 725x725 size tag
I colorized the head band to be pink, you do this how
ever you are comfy with colorizing items in tubes that are ok to colorize…
Frame 3 c/p re-size by 75%
F4 c/p re-size by85% add this drop shadow
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 75
Blur 5
Color black
E60 c/p pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…
E24 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the bottom of the
frames…
E78 c/p re-size by 50% pull to sit at bottom right of
sign post…
Take the sized down version of your tube (600pixles in
height) paste then re-size by 80% pull to the right side of the frames…
E41 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the left hand edge of
your tag
E20 c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit by the cauldron on
the tube…
E66 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit on 2nd
sign on the sign post…
E84 c/p re-size by 75% pull to sit on left of tree…
E94 c/p re-size by 50% pull down to the bottom of your
tag…
E10 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right of pink pumpkin…
E71 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far left hand edge
of your tag…
Go to bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper6
apply mask from above
merge into on layer ...
Go back to top most layer of your tag and add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker...
