This tutorial is written in Corel X5 but any version should work, it’s written in hopes you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… This is not meant to copy or look likes your work, if it does its purely coincidental and unintentional…

Open a 725x725 size tag

Frame 2 c/p leave it as it falls

Frame 3 c/p re-size by 71% it should cover the smaller circle of the other frame, now merge into on layer then re-size it by 82%

Take a close up of your tube, (how ever you wish to make it) paste it behind the frame I had to re-size it by 65% to make just her face be behind the frames…

E62 c/p pull to sit just in front of the frame then re-size by 23%...

E61 c/p pull behind the tube and frames…

E34 c/p re-size by 57% pull to the left of your frames…

E9 c/p re-size by 22% pull to sit on left by tree…

E19 c/p re-size by 13% pull to the left of boxes…

E22 c/p re-size by 13% pull to right of boxes…

E24 c/p re-size by 13% pull to sit on left side of your middle boxes…

E6 c/p re-size by 13% pull to far right of boxes…

E2 c/p re-size by 37% pull it to the top right hand edge of your frame…

E59 c/p re-size by 37% pull behind E2 so that it looks to be hanging off the frame…

E7 c/p re-size by 16% pull to sit in front of other presents…

E81 c/p mirror re-size by 33% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E14 c/p re-size by 13% pull to sit by wine bottle…

E30 c/p re-size by 23% pull to the middle of your tag…

Go to bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper 4 apply mask from above, merge into on raster layer, then size your canvas of the tag to 700x700 pixels…

Now go to top most layer of your tag, then add a new raster layer add your copyrights and credit for kit maker, add a saying and your done…
