should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 size tag
123 c/p size the frame down by 70%
34 c/p pull to the right hand edge of your tag
38 c/p pull down to the bottom of the tree
Click on the tree layer, under the grass
53 c/p size it down by 31% pull to sit in front of the
tree
47 c/p size down by 31% pull to the left edge of the
frame
65 c/p size this flower down by 31% pull besides other
flowers on left of your tag
63 c/p pull to stand by tree size it down by 31%
Click on top layer of your tag
39 c/p size it down by 40% pull to the middle of the
tag
20 c/p size the bunny down by 34% pull to the right of
your tag
Take the tube you are using size her down by 25% pull
to sit in the middle left of your tag
100 c/p size the bag of candy down by 25% pull to the
left of your tube
12 c/p size it down by 12% pull to sit in front of
your tube
19 c/p size down by 19% pull to sit in the middle of
her feet
13 c/p mirror size the chick down by 19% pull to stand
beside white bunny
18 c/p size it down by 19% pull to sit in front of a
boot
108 c/p size the egg down by 11% pull to sit in
between the duck and chick
Click on bottom layer of your tag, using your circle
tool draw a circle behind the frame, convert to a raster layer
Click on top most layer of your tag add a new
copyright layer for your credit and License information… Add a saying to the
tag and you’re done..
