This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 720x720 size tag

Frame 4 c/p size this down by 60%

Take the standing tube we are using c/p size her down by 27# pull to the bottom of the frame

Fancy cluster 1 c/p mirror size this down by 47% pull to the bottom of the tube

Flower bouquest2 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the bottom left edge of your tube

Jeweled box c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit on bottom of purple flowers

Scary figure c/p size her down by 31% pull to the right of box

Flowered box c/p size this down by 25% pull to the left of jeweled box

Glass bottle 1 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the left of scary figure

Fabric flower 10 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit by other flowers by jeweled box

Pumpkin 1 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit on right of glass bottle

Jeweled brooch c/o size this down by 15% pull to sit on top of pumpkin

Potion bottle 3 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the left of flowered box 

Jeweled spider c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit in front of potion bottle

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 28, apply the mask from above, merge into one group layer…

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the credit for artist and kit maker , add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
