This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Unzip the template shift+D to duplicate close the original

Delete the white background

Snowflakes and sparkles add this drop shadow

Vetical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 55

Blur 10

Color black

Add also the drop shadow to the other layer with snowflakes

Wonderland colorize with a red color from the paper 9, merge the background layer of the word art add drop shadow from above

Square line colorize it with a tan color from paper5

Colorize the frame with a color from the tube add drop shadow from above

Click on lg rectangle flood fill with paper 9

Sq 4 flood fill with paper 2

Sq4 stripes colorize a red color

Sq3 flood fill with paper 4

Thin rectangle flood fill with paper 5

Square 2 flood fill with paper 11

Flood fill with paper 8

Click on top most layer of your tag

Gingerbread house c/p size this down by 45% pull to the bottom of frame

Take the tube we are using I’m using the layer with the hot coco c/p size her down by 80% pull to the right of gingerbread house

Fairy c/p mirror size her down by 51% pull to the bottom of the tag

Bear c/p size him down by 25% pull to sit on left of fairy

Cocoa cup 2 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on right of fairy under her fairy dust

 Cocoa cup 1 c/p size this down by 25% pull in between bear and other cocoa

Snowflake 2 c/p size this down by 25% pull the 1^st copy up to the upper left and the 2^nd one to the upper right

Cuppy c/p size this down by 20% pull to the right edge of cocoa cup 2

Click on square line take Swag and paste size this down by 75% add drop shadow from above

Make a new raster layer to add your copyrights, and credit to kit maker, add a saying to your tag and your done

 

** when showing off a tag you make with this tutorial only use the copyright for the tag you are using and credit to the kit maker, Never put copyright and my tut link, this is against any artist TOU
