Open a 750x750

Frame 10 c/p size this down by 66%

Pine tree 1 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the left edge of the frame

Pine tree 2 c/p size this one down by 41% pull to the far right edge of your tag

Lights 2 c/p size this down by 41% pull to the middle top of the trees

Take the tube c/p mirror size her down by 64% pull to stand on the right of pine tree

Penguin 5 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to stand beside the sled

Penguin 3 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on the right edge of the tube 

Penguin 2 c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit in front of the sled by other penguin

Snowman c/p mirror size him down by 29% pull to the far right edge of your tag

Warm scarf 1 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit by penguin 3

Penguin skiing c/p size this down by 25% pull to the far left edge of the tag

Penguins sledding c/p size this down by 25% mirror pull to the far right of the tag

Hot travel cup c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit in front of penguin skiing

Iced mocha c/p size this down by 14% pull to penguins sledding

Sparkles 4 c/p size rotate 90° to the right leave as it falls

Click on bottom layer of the tag and flood fill with paper 1 apply mask from above , merge into one layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new layer for the copyright and credit to kit maker.
