This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

Frame c/p size this down by 65%

Sand c/p pull to the bottom of the tag

Doodle c/p pull to the right edge of the tag

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 50% to the middle of the tag

Grass 1 c/p pull to the bottom right c/p a 2^nd copy and pull to the left edge of the tag

Octopus c/p size this down by 50% pull to hang in the middle of grass on right side of the tag 

Shells c/p size them down by 35% pull to the middle of the tag

Fish c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on left side of the squids head

Clown fish c/p size it down by 35% pull to just under the knife in her hand

Starfish’s c/p size them down by 75% pull to sit on right edge of the shells

Whale c/p size him down by 50% pull to float on the left edge of shells

Bubbles c/p mirror size this down by 50% pull to the middle of the tag

Water c/p size this down by 75% pull 1 copy to the left edge of the tag, take a 2^nd copy and pull to the right side of the tag

Clam c/p size this down by 35% pull to the left edge of shells

Click on bottom layer of your tag (size this down to 700x700) or what ever size you need to

Open paper4 flood fill that layer apply mask from above, merge into one layer of the tag.

Click on top most layer of the tag

Add a new layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, make sure you have a valid license number to use his artwork..
