This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Flood fill with paper 4 apply mask from above

Moon c/p pull behind the mask layer mirror size this down by 35% pull to the upper left top of the mask

Merge mask layer into one layer

Witch house c/p size this down by 50% then pull to the right edge of the mask

Take the colorized version of the tube you want to use I’m using purple no cat but with globe, size her down by 32% pull to the bottom of the house then mirror her but make sure the pink pumpkin is still showing

Cat2 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the left edge of the house.

Owl c/p size this down by 25% pull to stand on left edge of the house.

Froggy c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit on her hip

Cocktail c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit by her bended arm

Ghost 1 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit by her feet

Ghost kid 2 c/p size this down by 21% pull to float by cat

Bat c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit on right edge of the house.

Witch 1 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit in middle of top of house

Dragon c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on left edge of globe

Cauldron 2 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit on right edge of the dragon

Take the words Hocus Pocus c/p size them down by 60% add the gradient glow (eye candy 4000) if you do not have this you can add what ever glow you have pull the words to lay on top of the moon in upper left corner of your tag

Add this drop shadow Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 1

Color black

Add a new raster layer for your copyright and credit to the kit maker, make sure you have a valid PFD License to use this artwork.. Add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
