Frame 173-19 c/p size this down by 70%

15 c/p pull this to the bottom of the frame

11 c/p size this down by 56% pull to the right side of the frame

13 c/p size this down by 42% pull to the left side of the tag

62 c/p size this down by 18% pull to float on right edge of your frame

64 c/p size this down by 18% pull to the upper left edge of the frame

102 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on right edge of purple plant

Take the full size tube c/p her size her down by 56% pull to the bottom of the frame

34 c/p rotate 45° to the right, then size this down by 12% pull to float over the bend in her tail

105 c/p size this down by 24% pull to the upper tail on the mermaid

25 cp size this down by 26% pull to the bottom right of the tube

19 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit to the left of coral on the ground

70 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the tip top of the frame

44 c/p size this down by 28% pull to the lower left edge of the sand

53 c/p size this down by 32% pull to the middle of the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper 173-3* size this down by 700x700 apply mask from above, merge it into one layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and licensing information, add a saying to the tag and your done
