This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 3 c/p size this down by 60%

64 c/p paste as a new layer leave as it falls on the tag

Take the tube we are using paste her size her down by 65% pull to the middle of the frame

61 c/p as a new layer, pull the heart just above her head

21 c/p size this down by 66% pull to the bottom of the tube take a 2^nd copy mirror pull this one to the left edge of the tube

8 c/p flip vertical size this down by 82% pull the 1^st copy to the lower right take a 2^nd copy mirror pull to the lower right edge of the tube

51 c/p size this down by 45% pull the 1^st copy to the left edge of the tag, c/p a 2^nd copy pull to the right edge of feathers

10 c/p rotate 45° to the left; size it down by 44% pull to sit in between the leaves and feathers

13 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the lower left of other flower

18 c/p size this down by 30% pull to fly over the upper right of the heart

14 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on right side of blue rose

40 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit on right edge of blue flower, up on the blue leaves

6 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit on right side of the heart lock, add a sharpen more to the element

58 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the upper right of blue feather, then add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 2

Opacity 55

Blur 5

Color black

36 c/p rotate 90° to the right, size down by 53% pull to sit on left of lock, add the drop shadow from above

46 c/p size this down by 36% pull to sit on far left edge of the tag

Click on bottom layer of the tag

47 c/p 2 times one on upper left the 2^nd one on bottom right (merge into one layer), c/p mirror a 2^nd top of the other sparkles

Click back on top most layer of the tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker; add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
