This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work. This is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics programs… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

Frame 12 c/p size this down by 60%

163 c/p size this down by65% pull to the right edge of the frame

125 c/p size this down by 38% pull to the middle left of the frame

114 c/p size this down by 38% pull to the far left edge of the frame

Take the full size version of the tube we are using , i’m using the black dress and the white witch’s hat c/p size her down by 22% pull to the bottom of the frame

85 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on bottom left of the tube

70 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on right edge of the tag

84 c/p size this down by 25% pull so it looks like it is hanging on the left handlebar

161 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit by the bikes wheel

169 c/p mirror size this down by 45% pull to stand on the left edge of the tag

142 c/p size this down by 35% pull to float on right and make the opacity of that layer 70%

6 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on left edge of the bike

66 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on right edge of the ice bowl

2 c/p size this down by 20% pull to the far left edge of the tag

23 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on left side of the ice bowl

22 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit on left top of the purse 

3 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit in front of the ice bowl

1 c/p size this down by 12% pull to cover the skeletons feet by the fire bowl

Click on bottom layer of your tag 

Flood fill with paper 9 and apply the mask from above (Or one of your choice) since her links are no longer valid, Merge this into one raster layer. 

Then clik on top most layer of your tag add a new raster for copyrights and credit to the kit maker, make sure you have a valid license to use this artwork, then you’re done…
