This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Drop Shadow 

Vertical 3

Horizontal 3

Opacity75

Color black

Open 750x750 (you can size down at the end)

Frame 21 c/p size this down  by 51%

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 51% pull to the bottom of the frame

212 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on the  right edge of the tube, add the drop shadow from above

46 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the upper left top of the frame

65 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on the right side of the tube

7 c/p mirror size down by 12% pull to sit on top of the clock

156 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on left edge of the clock

109 c/p size this down by 10% pull to the upper right top of the frame

47 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit in front of the tube’s feet

220 c/p rotate 45° to the right then size down by 13%, then add the drop shadow from above, then pull this up to the top left side of the frame

62 c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit in front of the tube 

23 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on right side of the clock

9 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit by the tail on the cat

2 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit  on the left side of the crown

101 c/p mirror size this down by 15% pull to stand on the left hand edge of the cat

4 c/p size this down by 9% pull to sit in front of the drink

52 c/p size this down by 9% pull to sit in front of cupcake

112 c/p size this down by 9% pull to sit by the glass globe

135 c/p size this down by 10%pull to sit by the horse on left side of the tag

Click on the bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper 49, then apply mask from above

Merge this into one raster layer

Click on the top most layer of your tag, add a new raster for the copyrights and credit to the kit maker, then add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
