This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

By Keith Garvey I got this when he was with CDO, but he does not have his tubes up in any store 

Open a 715x715

And a second one that is 200x200

For the avie take 66 c/p and leave it as it falls on the avie, we will add and re-size here in a bit

Frame 5 c/p size this down by 70%

Click on bottom layer 

C/p the 2nd layer of the tube paste it behind the frame crop off anything that is not the face, then c/p mirror a 2nd side 

Click on top most layer

94 c/p size this down by 75& pull to sit on the very left edge of the frame  

27 c/p size this down by 79% pull to the upper top right of the frame

87 c/p size this down by 54% pull to the far left side of the tag

42 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the far right hand edge of the frame

13 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the bottom of the frame

46 c/p size this down by 40% pull to sit on the left of the nail polish 

93 c/p size this down by 40% then pull this to the upper left hand top of the frame

66 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on the bottom of the heart 

86 c/p size this down by 45% pull to lay over the bottom of the cat

54 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit in front of the nail polish 

49 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit on the left of the cherries 

96 c/p size this down by 56% pull to the top middle of the tag and add this drop shadow 

Vertical 6

Horizontal 3

Opacity 64

Blur 5

Color black

12 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on the bottom of sparklers 

Make a new raster layer for your copyright’s and credit for the kit maker and artist 

Add a saying to the tag and you are done…

Remember most PTU artist do not allow blank tags

For the avie all i’m adding is my name and I slanted it 45° to the right make this what ever size you wish
