Open a 750x750

Frame 7 c/p size this down by 56%

Take the full size tube c/p sizer her down by 35% pull to the middle of your frame
116 c/p size this down by 25% pull to hang in the middle of the frame/tube the next element will cover the bottom
199 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to cover up the bottom left of the dress on the tube (you can clean the extra off)
3 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit on  right side of flowers
28 c/p size this down by 21% pull to the middle right of the frame, clean off the part that show’s over the frame to make it look like it’s hanging on the frame
180 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to hang above the heart and key
10 c/p mirror size this down by 17% pull to sit on left side of the love potion
24 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on right of the love potion
27 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on left edge of the candies
188 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right edge of the candies
60 c/p size this down by 9% pull to sit on left of the candies, but on the bottom of the rose’s
103 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on far right of the tag
153 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit in front of the wine goblet

Click on bottom layer of the tag

Open paper3 size this down to 721x721 (do not save) paste this as a new lay then apply mask from above, or one you like. 

Click on top most raster of your tag add a new layer for the credits and Lic#, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
