Open a 750x750 size tag (size down at the end)

Frame 13 c/p size this down by 72%

Take the colorized version of the tube you want to use I’m using the green layers, size her down by 40% pull to the bottom of the frame, take a 2^nd copy of frame pull over the tube, clean off any on top and any below the frame, it will look like she is coming out of the frame

E16 c/p size this ball down by 70% pull to the far right edge of your frame

E37 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the bottom left edge of ball

E23 c/p size the cat down by 58% pull to sit by box

E226 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the far left edge of your frame

E111 c/p size these books down by 35% pull to sit by box of cards

E65 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on right edge of box

E106 c/p size the goblet down by 45% pull to left edge of the green bowl

E33 c/p size this down by 35% pull to front of green bowl

E19 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of books

E148 c/p size down by 30% pull to the left edge of your tag

E118 c/p size this bottle down by 30% pull to sit on right of yellow liquid in bottle

E158 c/p size this bottle down by 25% pull to sit in the middle of all bottles

E107 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on right edge of books

E70 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit by globe

E24 c/p size this globe down by 25% pull to sit by green bottle in front of the books

E152 c/p size this globe down by 25% pull to sit by purple bottle of poison on the right side of your tag

E42 c/p rotate 90° to the right size the knife down by 75% pull to sit in front of purple globe

E68 c/p size this down by 45% pull to look like it is coming out of green bowl, just over the book on left edge of the tube

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Flood fill with paper15 apply mask from above merge into on layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for credit and License information, as this is a PTU Tube…

Frame 5 c/p size down by 55%

E3 c/p size the heart down by 45% pull to the lower left of the frame

E18 c/p size down by 40% pull to the bottom right of tag

E19 c/p size down by 60% pull to the upper right edge of frame

Take the tube we are using c/p mirror size her down by 65% pull to sit on lower left edge of tag

E97 c/p size down by 44% pull to hang off bow

E22 c/p size it down by 45% put on right edge of tube

E49 c/p mirror size the kitten down by 40% pull to just the right of tube

E91 c/p size the kitten down by 26% pull to the left of black kitten

E 54 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of tube

E90 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit in front of kittens

E87 c/p size down by 30% pull to the bottom left of other flower

E4 c/p size the stone down by 45% sit on pearl necklace

E5 c/p pull so the top of the sparkle is on the flowers on the love element

Click on bottom layer of your tag take paper 4 size it down to 725x725 flood fill that layer, apply mask from above merge into one layer

E48 c/p size it down by 55% pull 1^st copy to sit under top left of frame, take 2^nd copy and pull to sit under right bottom of frame add a sharpen to the element

Add this drop shadow to the element

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 44

Blur 5

Color black

Click on top most layer of your tag add your copyrights for tube and kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
