I'm using the  font called Cafe' Brewery y

Open a 600x300 Forum style tag

Flood Fill Paper 1 (layer 1)

Flood fill with Paper3 (layer 2) Add a drop shadow of

Default of 4Vertical

3 Horizontal

94 opacity

Shadow black

Apply Mask, them merge the group

Open your tube and copy paste it above mask layer pull it to the left hand side of tag

Open Element 39 Paste as a new layer, add same drop shadow as above

open element 5 Copy paste as a new layer, re-size by 70 copy paste as a new layer, mirror, it and pull it to the end of the wire frame

open element 43 Copy paste as new layer, re-size by 50 add a gradient glow of the darkest color on your tube, and add same drop shadow pull it to the right hand side of tag

Add your copyright 

I'm using the font listed above and added a gradient glow of white, and same drop shadow
