I'm using a FTU Scrap kit called Hexy Witch

Font of Choice

Open a 600x600 tag

As your background i'm using black, but you can use what ever color you want

I am using my preset tool and making a rectangle behind the frame

Added Bright noise of 100% and mixed

H-34 copy paste as new layer

H-46 paste as new layer

W-51 re-size by 55% pull to over the candy piece in the bow

H-10 re-size by 65% pull to the very top of your frame

H-3 re-size by 50% pull it to the lower land hand side of tag

I"m using a tube that has 3 different layers one of just the face, one with wings and one with out wings

Take the layer of the girl with wing's paste as a new layer re-size by 65%

I'm adding a drop shadow of 5/3 to make it stand out some

Now take H-3 and pull it in front of the tube, make it look like it is sitting between her knees

Take H-40 paste it over your background layer in the center,

Sharpen it to make it stand out more than it does

Take H-45 copy it and paste on to bottom layer of tag

paste it again and mirror it , then merge the two layers together

copy that layer, and paste it as a new layer and flip it, pull that one to poke out of the bottom layer

It should look lie they starts are above the top and bottom of background layer

Add your copyright layer with your License number of the tube company

Add what text you wish to use on the tag.. Never Ever share a blank tag it is against TOU of most artist.

**Note to self, ( i had a power out while uploaded this) Always type it in a document off line.. LOL
