I'm using the artwork of Keith Garvey I bought them when he was at PTE

But now you can buy them at his store Grav-Girls PSP tubes

Open a 600x300 tag

Flood fill using Paper 1

I used Foto Frame on the background with these setting's below

Filmstrip, re-size by 75% add a gradient glow white, then a default drop shadow of 5/5

Open Star1 re-size by 35% pull it to the upper right hand side of tag

Copy paste and mirror this to the left hand side of tag

Open Teddy copy paste new layer re-size by 20% it should be small on the tag, Mirror the teddy, pull to the lower left hand side of frame, copy and paste it to the right hand side also.

I'm using two different tube's of Keith Gravey's tubes you can use any one with a head shot

I only used the heads' of the two tubes i used. I used my selection tool and cut around the face's and put them behind the frame not matching one's side by side.

Now open the Emotastic word art, re-size it by 45% paste as a new layer, and pull it to the top of your frame

Add your copyright info, and use what font you think would best fit the tag...
