I made the snag from pre-set shapes and no scraps were used in the tag

I opened  a 600x350 tag 

I took the Rectangle tool and made a frame using black as the only color(forground)

Then i took the same tool and used just a background color and put it behind the frame

I copied the tube and used the selction tool and cut just the head of the image off and pasted it on both upper corners, and then took the same tube and pasted it on the top of the frame I re-sized by 75% and pulled it to the lower corners of the tag

Added my copyright and it's all done
