Open a 600x600 tag size

 I’m picking a bright color from my tube which is hot pink; using my section tool I’m going to draw a square behind the frame

Add these Fritillary Setting’s to your square.

55, then sharpen it to make it stand out better…

Copy the cluster and paste as a new layer

Element 70 add fritillary settings as above and use

The radiance option

255, on all of the element c/p behind your square frame a few times so it is peaking out all around the back of the cluster…I did it 3 times mirror it once and flipping one of the layers pull them all to the outside but not off the tag

Now take your tube and using the close up, paste it over the square background you made

I had to re-size my close up by 50% and center it in the tag…

Open element 9 c/p it behind the square box you drew, and pull it to the upper right hand side of the tag, rotate 45° to the right, copy that layer mirror it and pull it to the left hand upper top.. Merge those two layers and copy them and flip them.. The should look like octopus’s legs

If you have the tube bubbles you can do the next step, it is a picture tube in most Paint Shop Pro’s.. I’m r-sizing the bubbles to 200 and making one pass and re-coloring it pink to match the tube.. I’m going to copy and paste to put it on both sides of the frame…

You can add as many bubbles as you wish to the tag and color them in pink.. I’m making a new laeyer and add some bubbles to cover the tube and using my opacity setting to 50…

Add your copyright to the tag and what ever saying you wish to use, and your done..
