I’m using a Template by Horse Play Pastures

Pulg ins I’m using

EyeCandy 4000 (any version should work)

Open your template use Shift+D to make it a duplicate and close the orgianal

Delete the background layer

Remove the copyright layer

Open P3 and flood fill the Slats with that paper

Diamond1, Diamond2, and Diamond4 (diamond3 is blank so I took Diamond2 and copied it to that layer) flood fill the outline of it with a dark purple from the kit,

On Diamond5 use the same color then using your gradient glow with Eye Candy 4000 add a white glow to the layer; with the below settings

Open Paper5 and flood fill the layer “Diamond”

FlowerVine c/p on the upper most layer, paste and re-size by 80% and pull it to the top of Diamond5 on the right hand side, now copy this and mirror the FlowerVine, to put this on the left hand side of the frame, always add a sharpen to something you re-size…

Hummingbird c/p re-size by 55% and add a sharpen to this item also, add my default

Drop shadow of

Offset Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

 Fairy on Mushroom c/p re-size by 35% and pull it to the edge of the banner on bird…

Open Flower2 c/p behind the fairy and humming bird re-size by 40% and flip the flower up side down, then rotate it to the right by 25° and pull it where it show’ behind the fairy...

Go to the upper most layer open Circle Sparkle c/p as a new layer

Add your copyright for the Scrapkit maker

since it's just the kit you need to give Rissa Credit
