I’m using a FTU Mask by Rebel-Dezigns

Open a 600x600

 I"m using the font DreamScar it can be found at many FTU font sites

Or a font of your choice 

Frame 4 c/p re-seize by 65%, add a gradient glow of red to the frame

Then add a drop shadow to the frame

Open glass flower paste it behind the frame

Using the selection tool cut out the center part of the flower and leave only the petals showing on the top and outside of the frame …

Record c/p re-size by 40% pull it to the right bottom side of your frame…

Speakers c/p re-size by 65% pull to the bottom of the frame…

Bow c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand side of frame at the top

Bottlecapring c/p re-seize by 45% pull over the bow

Stickflower c/p re-size by 45% pull it on top of the bottlecaps clean off the handle of the ring so only the ring is showing.

Click on the bottom layer and flood fill that layer with paper1

Apply the mask I listed above from Rebel-Dezigns, merge the group into one layer

Then add a default drop shadow on the layer

With these settings

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50%

Blur 5

Color Black

Drums c/p re-size by 45% pull them to the left hand side of the frame towards the bottom of the tag

Now click on the upper top most layer c/p the tube re-size it by 65% pull it to the right hand side of your tag

Add your copyright and what ever saying you wish to say and your done..
