Take your moon and paste it 4 times to cover the whole section of your 600x600 tag.

You want the moon to be on all of the background, sizing up the moon does not give it the same effect.

After merging the moons into one layer apply the mask and merge the group then add a drop shadow of your choice…

Open Spider web negative image the element pull to the inside right hand part of the mask, and re-size by 50%

Take the close up of your tube and paste it over the mask layer using your selection tool make it where her face is all that is showing in the middle of the mask

The opacity of the tube layer should be at 80%...

Pumpkin Tombstone c/p re-size by 40% pull to the lower left hand side of tag…

Swirlie01 c/p re-size by 55% pull it to the right hand side of the tag…

Cupcake01 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the bottom of Swirlie01…

Bat02 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the upper left hand side of tag, on the top of mask layer

Spooky Tree, c/p re-size by 55% pull it to the left hand side of your tag, add a drop shadow behind the tree.(behind the pumpkin tombstone)…

Now go back to top most layer

Open Cat c/p re-size by 35% and pull in front of the cupcake…

BubblinCauldron c/p re-size it by 35% pull it to the right hand side of the tombstone,

Now click on the layer that you pasted the close up and paste the full size image and re-size by 85% pull it behind the element’s on the right hand side of your tag, I added a green gradient glow to the tube…

Add your copyright and whatever saying you want the tag say..
