I’m using the FTU artwork of Anne Stokes

I have a group, and general permission from Anne to use her artwork

 In tags and wallpapers

Open a 610x610 size tag

Frame 1 c/p re-size by 60% leave in the middle of the tag

Now take your tube and paste it behind the frame

Once you have it pasted click on the frame, using your magic wand

Then click on tube, go to selections and modify expand by 5, cut that out and delete the rest of the tube, Add a slight drop shadow to the frame

With this setting for the drop shadow

Vertical 2

Horizontal 2

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Take bubble c/p behind the frame, then re-size by 65% add a sharpen more to the element…

Go to the upper top most layer, above the frame

Open Glitter frame and c/p re-size by 70% add a sharpen more, and the same drop shadow from above, except make the Opacity 50

Drapes, c/p re-size by 85% pull to the middle of tag, clean off the bottom of the draps on the bottom edge of tag…

Rose1 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the bottom left hand side of the tag…

Shooting Star, mirror add the above drop shadow with the opacity the same as the glitter,

Take it copy it and re-size down by 80% then copy again and re-size by same size, I am merging all 3 of these together and adding a gradient glow to match the blue in the dragon, or a color from your tube…

After doing this pull the layer behind the rose

Open Flower1 c/p re-size by 55% pull it behind the rose, on the left hand side of tag, I copied the re-sized layer and put it on the same layer by pulling it close to the other flower, it will look like two are there, instead of one…

Go back to top layer

Open Charm, c/p re-size by 55% pull to the bottom of the boy on drapes…

Diamond c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand corner of your charm, copy the re-sized version and paste it on the right hand side also, you want them on the very edge of the charm, as to not cover any of the letters on the charm…

Balloons c/p re-size by 55% pull to the edge of the flowers, on the left hand side of your tag…

Open Cat and c/p re-size by 35% pull to the lower left hand corner of the tag by rose…

Go to the very bottom layer, and flood fill with paper 9, apply one of the mask by Rachel I used the first set mask 3, I merged the group, and up-sized the mask by 115% added a sharpen more, and added a drop shadow from above except I had the opacity by 50

Add a new raster layer, flood fill this one with Paper7, and use a different mask by Rachel, I used set3 mask 2, merge the group…

Add your copyright to the tag, and make sure you give credit to Anne Stokes and Kandii Popz since it’s in her TOU”s.
