Open a 610x610

Frame 6 c/p re-size by 55% leave in the middle of your tag

133 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the upper left hand corner, add a high-pass sharpen

Radius 5

Strength 50

17 c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull this one to the upper right hand corner use the same high-pass sharpen on this element also

Take the close up of your tube and paste it over the frame

Re-size it by 40% and pull to the edge of the frame, where she sits on the inside frame…

132 c/p re-size by 50% pull to cover the bottom edge of the tube, you can just add a sharpen more to the element…

1 c/p mirror re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of the tag…

131 c/p re-size by 35% mirror and bring the lower right hand edge of tag, add she same high-pass sharpen to this element as above…

81 c/p re-size by 35% pull in between the flowers, add a high pass sharpen from above to this element also, and this drop shadow

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color Black

4 c/p re-size by 25% pull the upper left hand side just under the big flower, add the high pass sharpen from above…

165 c/p re-size by 60% pull over the tag, you can copy the re-sized version and paste again where one is on the left, and the other is on the right

9 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of the tag, and use the same high pass sharpen as above…

24 c/p re-size by 20% mirror, and pull to the lower right hand edge of the tag, towards the bottom…

Click on the tube layer of the tag

Open 20 c/p re-size by 20% then re-size again by 65% pull it even, so it looks like it is on the tube, as her necklace…

Go and click on the very bottom layer of your tag,

Open element 163 c/p leave it in the middle; this is now your background, but click on the very lowest part of your tag, and flood fill with paper1 merge the two layers into one, then apply the mask from up top…
