This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work.

Open a 650x650

Frame5 c/p re-size by 85% leave in the middle of the tag…

Take a close up of the tube, I used raster2, pull this behind the frame

Using your magic wand tool, click on the inside of the frame, go to selections go to expand modify by 10 crop that out, delete the rest of the tube

Charm2 paste above the frame, rotate 90° to the right pull even with the bottom of the frame…

Chained Heart’s c/p pull to the right hand edge of your frame…

Vine c/p re-size by 70% rotate 40° to the right, mirror and pull over to the left hand edge of your frame…

Flower1 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the left hand edge of charm…

Ballet Slippers c/p re-size by 70% pull to the bottom left hand edge of flower, mirror

Crystal ball c/p re-size by 70% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

Flower 3 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the very top middle of your frame…

Cat c/p pull it to the right hand edge of ballet slippers…

Music Note c/p re-size by 60% pull to the top of the chain of hearts…

Go down to the bottom layer of your tag, and flood fill it with paper2, apply mask merge group into one layer, upsize by 110%

Now go back up to the top most layer add a new raster layer for your copyright and and credits for kit maker if she requires this.. Always use copyright and correct LIC# you have to have a License to use this artist work…
