Open a 650x650 size tag you can re-size it you want,

but most forums now allow up to 700x700

Frame3 c/p re-size by 70%

Take the tube titled cool and re-size by 70% leave in the middle of your tag…

Fan c/p re-size by 70% pull to cover the bottom of the tube…

Ribbon 1 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the bottom of the fan…

FlowerRibbon1 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the left hand edge of ribbon…

Candles c/p re-size  by 40% pull to the right of flower ribbon…

Thorned Heart c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower right hand edge of ribbon…

Bat c/p re-size by 55% pull to the upper right hand edge of tag…

Bag c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right of candles…

Glass c/p re-size by 45% pull to the left of Bag…

Fangs c/p re-size by 35% pull to the top of Thorned heart…

Sparkles 1 c/p pull to cover the bottom of tube and elements…

Go to the very bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper11 apply mask from above.

Sparkle rain c/p mirror pull to the top left hand edge of your tag…

Then go and merge what layers you wish to and make a new top raster to add your copyright and Lic# that you must use when using tubes by this artist and store…
