Open a 700x700 size tag, you can re-size later if you wish…

Frame 12 c/p re-size by 50% leave in the middle of the frame…

Add this drop shadow to the frame

Vertical 5

Horizontal 5

Opacity 100

Blur 10

Color black

131 c/p re-size by 69% flip vertically, and clean off any thing that show’s outside of the tag…

6 c/p re-size by 60% leave in the middle of your tag…

I made a close up of the tube, and re-sized it by 65% pulled to the middle of the frame…

56 c/p re-size by 15% pull so it looks like she is wearing a mask, add a sharpen more to the element …

129 c/p re-size by 65% pull to cover the bottom edge of frame…

32 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

8 c/p re-size by 20% pull to make him sit on pumpkin…

111 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

24 c/p re-size by 55% pull to cover the bottom edge of the tag…

162 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the far right hand side of the tag…

164 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right of mushroom…

12 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the left of mushroom…

33 c/p re-size by 10% pull to the far right hand edge of tag, on the right of the pumpkin…

34 c/p re-size by 10% pull beside the other pumpkins…

23 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of the “tea set”…

50 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of pumpkins…

14 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the middle of tag…

15 c/p rotate 45° to the left then re-size by 15% pull to the lower edge of skull…

202 c/p re-size by 60% add a sharpen more to the element, and the drop shadow from above…

197 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the middle of your tag, over your tube…

5 c/p re-size by 60% pull so the top left bat is flying above the left of the tube

Then add a drop shadow from above to the white bats…

Go to the bottom layer behind the 2^nd frame, and flood fill with paper 18 and apply a mask that either has swirls or flowers…
