This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work.
It is written out of my own thoughts and mind, never meant to look like yours.

It’s written in hopes you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program…

**This is a Forum Style tutorial not a full size one**

Right background flood fill with paper6

Left back ground flood fill with paper 4

Middle Angled Line flood fill with paper 2

E21 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

I re-sized the tube so the height was 600pixels high

C/p tube (re-sized version) and pull it to the middle right of the temp…

With paper 5 Flood fill Right bottom line, right middle line, and Right bottom line (all 3), then merge them all into one layer…

Same paper flood fill the Left top line, middle line, and bottom line merge into one layer…

E6 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower left hand side of your tag…

Click on the top most layer of your tag under the border…

E22 c/p re-size by 60% pull over the bottom right lines (merged them) add a drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color black

Go to the layer under border

C/p E11 re-size by 25% pull to the very far left and then again to the far right of your tag…

E44 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the bottom right of tag, add a sharpen more to the element…

E42 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the right hand edge of tube.

Now go up to the top layer and add a new raster layer for your copyright and credit to kit maker if she request’s it in her TOU’s…
