I up-sized it to 725x725

Remove the copyright layer

Large Circle flood fill with paper to

Square’s flood fill with paper one

Add this drop shadow to make them stand out more

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black

Circle dots add a gradient glow with a brown color with the size being 7

Circle fill flood fill with paper 7

Take your tube paste it behind circle frame take pull the tube where only her face is showing inside of the frame , do this how ever you are comfy doing it…

Click on top most layer

Cacti2 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

Dark rope c/p re-size by 45 pull to the middle of cacti2

Birdhouse c/p re-size by 65% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag

Grass c/p re-size by 55% pull to cover up the bottom of cacti2

Books c/p re-size by 30% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

Horse c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

Boot c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right hand edge of books…

Animal Skull c/p re-size by 35% pull to cover the white part on the rope…

Plant c/p re-size by 35% pull it to the right hand edge of boot…

Go to bottom layer c/pbutton flower and pull it to show on the upper right hand part of your tag, and do this again and pull it to the lower left hand edge of tag…

 Go to top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your copyright's and words you want on the tag...
