Using shift+D duplicate and up-size the canvas to 700x700

Remove the white of the background layer, delete  raster 9&10

Colorize raster 6 pink

Raster 1 flood fill with paper9

Raster 2 flood fill with paper 14

Raster 3 flood fill with paper 2

Raster 4 flood fill with paper 3

Raster 5 flood fill with paper 10

Raster 7 flood fill with paper 6

Raster 8 flood fill with paper 1, then add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 70

Blur 5

Color black

E25 c/p pull to the upper middle of your tag…

E22 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

E91 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the top of the string on E22…

E28 c/p mirror re-size by 55% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E49 c/p re-size by 20% pull to cover bottom of tower…

Take the merged layers of your tube you want to use; I made my tube 550pixels on the length so it will fit in the tag better…

E63 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the right hand edge of your tube…

E7 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far left hand edge of your tube…

E24 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the right of heart box…

E43 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E48 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the left of pink-striped box…

E8 c/p rotate 45° to the right re-size by 20% pull to the right of phone…

E10 c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit on top of heart box on the left hand edge of your tag…

E9 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E18 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the middle of your tag..

E58 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the right of the blocks that say love…

Click on top most raster layer of your tag add new raster layer for your copyright’s and credit the kit maker, add a saying to the tag and your done…
