I re-size it to 705x705 pixles so it’s smaller

Make the background layer into a raster delete the white part

Delete the credit layer also

Raster 6 flood fill with paper5, add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal -3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Raster 5 flood fill with paper 16

Raster 4 flood fill with paper 8

Raster 3 flood fill with paper 6

Raster 2 flood fill with paper 4

Raster 1 flood fill with paper 7

Click on top most layer

E63 c/p pull to top of tag re-size by 75% …

E385 c/p pull even with bottom of raster 5 re-size by 60%...

E36 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E52 c/p re-size by 75% pull to bottom edge of your tag…

E9 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the left of rectangles…

Take the tube re-size it down to 500 pixels paste and pull her to lean on bottom rectangle of layer 6

E50 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right of your tube…

E97 c/p re-size by 20% pull to stand on the far left hand of your tag…

E8 c/p re-size by 75% pull to the top of your tag…

E89 c/p re-size by 10% pull to sit on top of mushrooms…

E33 c/p re-size by 50% pull to sit on the left of mushrooms…

E99 c/p re-size by 20% pull to far left of grass…

E93 c/p re-size by 10% pull to sit on far right of grass…

E34 c/p pull to the bottom middle of your tag…

Make a new raster layer on your tag for your copyright and credit for kit maker, add a saying to your tag and your done…
