Open a 725x725 tag you can size down later…

E17 c/p pull it to the middle of your tag

E11 c/p pull it to the bottom of the pathway, then take it paste it behind the pathway, pull to the upper right of the tag…

E9 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the far left c/p mirror pull even with it but up a little so it stand just above the other flower…

E13 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E80 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

Click on E11

E19 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right hand side of your tag…

E12 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right hand edge of path, then c/p mirror pull to the far left hand edge of your path…

Click on top most raster of your tag

E32 c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit on right mushroom…

E10 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit just in front of mushroom…

E3 c/p re-size by 15% pull to sit on top of books…

Take a sized down copy of your tag I made this one with a length of 600pixels, then re-size it by 85%..

E 6 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the upper right hand just above the trees, then c/p mirror and pull to sit on the left hand edge of your tube’s lap…

E23 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit in front of your tube…

E37 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left of the cat…

E93 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the left of the cupcake…

E90 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right of cupcake…

E99 c/p re-size it by 60% pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag and add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal -3

Opacity 40

Blur 5

Color dark blue

Click on bottom layer take paper11 make it 725x725 then copy and paste as a new bottom layer, apply mask from above merge into one raster re-size by 85%, add a sharpen more to the element…

Now go back to the top most raster layer of your tag and make a new raster layer add your credits for tube, credit for kit maker if she requires it, and a saying and your done…
