This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program.. This is written by me, never meant to copy or look like others work..

Upsize it to 725x725

At the end I size the whole tag down to 700x700 pixels…

Shift+D to duplicate and close the original template

Ellipse purple top and bottom flood fill with paper 9

Delete blue and pink rectangle

Ellispe blue top and bottom flood fill with paper 12

Polygon left and right flood fill with paper 13

Stamp yellow flood fill with paper 14

Stamp blue flood fill with paper 1

Glitter stamp frame I colorized to a blue-green

Delete the rounded rectangles and the border they were sitting on

E60 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E47 c/p mirror re-size by 40% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E9 c/p re-size by 40% pull to hang on the left hand edge of orange plant…

E5 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the middle of the glitter frame…

E61 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the bottom edge of your castle…

E30 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

Take the tube and c/p mirror the re-sized version (600pixels in length) and pull to the bottom of your tag…
E10 c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit by her feet..

E21 c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit by her elbow

The words Ocean and Goddess I flood filled with an aqua type blue then add this drop shadow to both words

Vertical 5

Horiztonal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color black

I pulled Goddess down on the lower part of the tube and Ocean to the upper left hand edge of my tag..

E79 c/p mirror re-size by 20% pull to the look like it is sitting her wings…

E49 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

E1 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right of the crab…

Add a new raster layer to your tag and put your copyright and credits for kit maker and add a saying and your done…
