This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 size tag

Railing c/p re-size by 95%

Curtain c/p pull behind railing, re-size by 91% pull to the middle, of the railing…

Clock c/p re-size by 26% pull to hang off the left column of the railing…

Grapes3 c/p mirror re-size by 63% pull to the upper right of curtain…

Table c/p re-size by 33% pull to the far left of railing…

Grapes 1 c/p re-size by 21% pull to sit in middle of the table…

Take the full sized version of our tube paste and re-size her by 30% pull to sit at the bottom of the railing…

Flowers2 c/p flip vertical rotate 45° to the left size down by 33% pull to sit on her hand, then erase the steams so it looks like she is holding the flowers…

Cheese c/p re-size by 21% pull to sit by her hand…

Grapes2 c/p rotate it by 45° to the left re-size by 15% pull to hang off her hand on her head…

Wine bottle c/p re-size by 20% pull to sit on top of the table…

Wine c/p re-size by 12% pull to sit on the right of wine bottle, then c/p and pull a 2^nd wine to the front of the tube by her hand…

Butterfly c/p re-size by 21% pull to the upper right of clock, take the re-sized version and paste one on the bottom of the table, then mirror a 3^rd one and pull to the right hand column of the railing…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag (re-size the canvas to 700x700) then flood fill with paper 6 apply mask from above, merge into one raster layer…
