Wings of blue
This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version
should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725
Frame 04 c/p size down by 55%
E34 c/p size it
down by 55% pull to the inside top of the frame…
E59 c/p mirror size it down by 97% pull to the top
most of your frame…
E3 c/p size it down by 35% pull to the middle of black
bow…
Take the tube c/p size her down by 35% pull to the far
left where her wing hangs outside of the frame…
E32 c/p mirror size the cat down by 55% pull to lay on
the bottom of her dress on the floor…
E55 c/p size it down by 55% pull to the right hand
edge of the frame…
E12 c/p mirror rotate 45° to the left , size it down
by 42% pull to sit on top of lamp…
E7 c/p size down by 42% pull to sit on left side of
lamp…
E24 c/p size down by 44% pull to sit in front of blue
box…
E52 c/p size down by 41% pull to the right of the cat…
E22 c/p size it down by 32% pull to sit on right of
blue glass..
Click on bottom layer of your tag size the canvas down
to 700x700 (you can also use the pixels to size down ) Do this how ever you
feel comfortable …
Open paper 9 flood fill and apply mask from above,
merge into one group layer , then go to the top most layer of your tag; add a
new raster layer for the credit of the tube, and credit to kit maker , add a
saying and your done…
