This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open 725x725

Frame 2 c/p size it down by 65%

E15 c/p size down by 65% pull to cover up the left edge of the frame, it will end in the middle

E10 c/p size down by 50% pull to stand in front of screen

Take the full size tube c/p size her down by 50% pull to sit on the seat

E14 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit under left edge of tag

E30 c/p size down by 55% pull to the upper right of the frame

Add this drop shadow

Vertical 10

Horizontal -5

Opacity 55

Blur 15

Color black

E5 c/p pull behind E30 size the heart down by 37% pull to look like it is hanging under the element

E28 c/p size down by 35% pull to the middle of E30 so it looks like it’s hanging on the frame

Click on top layer of your tag

E1 c/p size down by 26% pull to the far right edge of your tag

E8 c/p size the bear down by 15% pull to sit by brown jars

E31 c/p size down by 34% pull to sit on right edge of brown jars

E36 c/p size down by 50% pull to sit in front of book

E56 c/p flip vertical size down by 30 pull to the very upper right edge of your frame

E29 c/p size down by 19% pull to sit on pink ribbon in front of the book

E27 c/p size down by 19% pull to sit on right edge of pink ribbon

E59 c/p pull to sit over the tube

Click on bottom raster of  your tag

Open paper 1 flood fill the layer apply the mask from above, merge into one raster layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker

Add a saying to your tag, and you’re done.
