This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 tag

Frame 105(2) c/p size down by 60%

E4 c/p size down by 90% then pull it to the bottom of your tag

E61 c/p size down by 71% pull to the bottom of the mountains

E14 c/p size down by 56% pull to the right edge of snow

E47 c/p size down by 33% pull to the right of white tree

E13 c/p size down by 45% pull to the left edge of your tag

E E10 c/p size down by 15% pull to sit on right of green tree

E31 c/p size down by 40% pull to stand in front of blue pine tree

Take the colorized version of this tube you want to use, paste her and size it down by 35%

E45 c/p size down by 30% pull snow man to the front of green tree

E57 c/p size the ice down by 65% pull to the right edge of tag

E55 c/p size the big snow bear down by 33% pull so he is pawing the ground on left edge

E58 c/p size the cub down by 15% pull to stand on the right of other bear

E64 c/p size down by 40% pull to stand on far right of the ice

Click on bottom raster of your tag take paper 105-3 size it down to a 725x725 size paste as a new layer, apply mask from above merge into one layer .

 Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and your done..
