This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725

E103 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

E127 c/p size this frame down by 61%

E129 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the left edge of your frame, add drop shadow from above

E125 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the upper right corner , add drop shadow

E11 c/p size the clock down by 65% pull behind the flowers and ribbon

E10 c/p size the ribbon down by 60% pull to sit on right edge of the tag, but on the bottom of frame

E63 c/p size this ribbon down by 45% pull to sit on right edge of red ribbon

Take the version of the tube we are using paste her then size her down by 25% pull to the left edge of the frame

E6 c/p size the flowers down by 26% pull to the right of your tube

E145 c/p size down by 30% pull to sit on left of other drink

E144 c/p size the strawberry down by 25% pull to sit on right of drinks

E5 c/p size down by 25% pull to sit in front of red bucket w/ flowers

E153 c/p size this down by 30% pull to legs on the left edge of the tag, and take a 2^nd copy and pull to the upper right of the tag, then add the drop shadow to both of these items

E3 c/p size the butterfly down by 40% pull so it is on the right of cupcake

E50 c/p size the flower down by 17% pull to sit on right of chocolate covered strawberry

E72 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit in front of glasses

E29 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left of strawberry drink

E182 c/p rotate 90° to the left size it down by 45% pull to the bottom of your tag

E91 c/p size the white flower down by 25% pull to sit on left of red flower

E104 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on right edge of the tag

Add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
