Open a 750x750

Frame 6 c/p rotate 90° to the right, and then size it down by 60%

Flowers 1 c/p rotate 45° to the right size down by 65% pull to the right inside of the frame

Flowers 3 c/p size this down by 54% pull to the left edge of your frame

Take the full size tube we are using paste her size her down by 15% pull to sit in middle of the frame

Teddy c/p size this down by 20% pull to the left edge of your tube

Candle 1 c/p size this down by 35% pull to right edge of doggie

Pie c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit by candle

Tart cookie 1 c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit on left edge of pie

Cheese plate c/p then size this down by 24% pull to sit on right of teddy w/ pumpkin

Wine bottle c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit on right of pie

Wine glass c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit on left edge of pie, but bottle of wine

Mouse c/p size this down by 20% pull to the middle of the tag

Boy pilgrim c/p size him down by 24% pull to right edge of mouse

Girl Indian 1 c/p size her down by 24% pull to left edge of mouse

Turkey 2 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the middle of mouse

Apple 1 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on left of cheese plate

Click on bottom layer of your tag ** size this down to what ever size you are using I did this one by 700x700**

Flood fill with paper 28, apply the mask by viv (Or one you like better)

Add a sharpen more to this layer and this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 55

Blur 5

Color black

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the credit to artist and License information , add a saying to the tag and you’re done .
