This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Unzip the templates open 107 using your shift +duplicate to duplicate close the original

Delete the whit background

Raster 1 flood fill with paper 14

Raster 2 flood fill with paper 7

Raster 4 c/p flood fill with paper 1

Raster 5 flood fill with paper 12

Raster 6 flood fill with paper 6

Raster 7 flood fill with paper 8

Take the full size tube with a purple dress on c/p size her down by35% pull to stand in front of raster 7

90 c/p pull to cover up the bottom of the tube

Click on raster 6

3 c/p size this down by 65% pull to show up behind the tube

24 c/p size this down by 59% pull to stand on the raster 5

Add this DS

Vertical 9

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 7

39 c/p size this down by 59% pull to float over the right edge of the stars

29 c/p size this down by 61% pull to the left of the stars

Click on top layer of your tag

86 c/p size this down by 55% pull to sit on left edge of film

88 c/p size this down by 5% pull to sit on right side of the film

23 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in the middle of the film

73 c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit in front of light on right edge of the tag

25 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the middle of the tag in front of the tube

Make a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker add a saying to the tag and you’re done..

I cant get this to size down by 700x700 so you can size it down how ever you wish, I’m just going to leave it as it is..
