Open a 750x750

Spiked frame 4 c/p size this down by 65%

Moon c/p size down by 35% pull to the upper right behind the frame

Haunted house 1 c/p size this down by 65% pull this to the left edge of your tag

Take the colorized version of the witch tube we are using, c/p size her down by 30% mirror pull her to stand on end of walkway

Candy dragon c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on left edge of house.

Mummy pumpkin c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit in front of her broom

Candy monster c/p size him down by 20% pull so he is standing on the chimney on the house
sppoky tree c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit on left edge of cross tombstone

Ghost c/p size this down by 20% pull to fly over the moon

Witch mouse c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on right of dragon

Vampire cat c/p size this down by 20% pull to the right of mummy pumpkin

Pumpkin pops c/p size down by 20% pull to hang on her hand on top of the broom

Devilish bat c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on tombstone by tube

Witch owl c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit in front of her feet

Funny spider c/p size this down by 11% pull to sit on top of house by web

Bats c/p size this down by 30% pull to the bottom of the ghost on right side of your tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag

Open paper 22 using your circle tool draw one behind the frame, convert to a raster layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to the kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
